1, adjust the level
Adjust the height of the three feet so that the level drops to the middle.
2, to the generator set fuel, oil
In accordance with the requirements of the generator set, add fuel and oil.
3, start the generator set
Start the generator set according to the generator set instructions. After starting the generator set, the two side doors of the vehicle body must be opened to facilitate air convection.
4, raise the telescopic rod inspection work
According to the lighting requirements, adjust the lamp illumination angle; four lamp heads can adjust the irradiation angle in the horizontal 360°; up and down 180° range. Remove the fixing pin from the front of the body. Check the height of the top 13 meters of the lighthouse without any obstacles. Check the integrity of the wire rope; check all fixing pins and bolts for safety lock.
5. Stand up the telescopic pole
Open the operation panel of the car and turn the switch on the operation control panel to the upright/inverted position. Press the red jog switch and the lift rod will move up; when held for 3 seconds, the lift rod will start the long motion state and the lift rod will stand up continuously. When the elevator rod is fully upright, press the red button again to turn off the motor; then, insert the fixed pin on the front of the compartment into the elevator rod and fix it.
6, rise telescopic rod
Turn the switch on the operation control panel to the "Elevate" position. Press the red jog switch and the lifter rod moves up; when held for 3 seconds, the lifter starts the long motion state, and the lifting rod stands up continuously. According to the lighting needs to determine the height of the telescopic boom, press the red button again to turn off the motor; the lift rod stops rising; the maximum lift height of the lift rod is 10 meters. After the lift bar is lifted into place, turn the switch on the operation panel to the middle position to prevent misoperation.
7, open the lighting, lighting
Move the four lighting switches on the control panel to light the luminaire for illumination; the lamp startup time is approximately 10 minutes; after 10 minutes the lamp is fully activated.
Lights or turns off any set of lights as needed. When the lamp is turned off again, it should wait for 20 minutes or so. After the lamp has cooled down completely, it can start again. The panel lighting switch is set at the top of the control panel. When the switch is pressed, the lighting is started and it is convenient for the personnel to operate at night.
