The second generation of self-propelled multi-function sprinklers was successfully developed

It was reported by the Institute of Water-Saving Irrigation New Technology in Wulanhaote City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, that a second-generation self-propelled multi-function sprinkler system, jointly developed by the institute and Xing'anling Tractor Co., Ltd., has been successfully launched. This new model represents a significant improvement over previous versions, offering enhanced efficiency and versatility for various agricultural and landscaping applications. At the demonstration site, the sprinkler was showcased for its user-friendly operation, cost-effectiveness, fuel efficiency, and water-saving capabilities. It is designed to work effectively on flatlands, hills, slopes, pastures, gardens, and green spaces. The machine operates by using a water source as its central point, with a coverage radius of up to 1,000 meters. It can move forward and backward freely, making it highly adaptable to different terrains. During testing, the sprinkler was able to micro-spray 2 tons of water per mu (approximately 0.67 acres) while consuming only 0.1 kilograms of fuel. A single unit can cover 6 acres per hour, significantly improving irrigation speed compared to traditional methods. For farmland irrigation, the system uses 6 tons of water per mu and can spray 3.5 acres every hour, demonstrating both efficiency and sustainability. The company first introduced the first generation of water-saving sprinkler irrigation equipment in 2000 under the name "Xing'anling Self-Propelled Multi-Function Sprinkler." This model was recognized as an extension product by the Inner Mongolia Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Machinery Association and earned four national patents. Now, with the launch of the second generation, the company is preparing to mass-produce these advanced sprinklers for a wider market launch this year. This development marks a major step forward in promoting efficient and sustainable irrigation practices across the region.

The Concrete Reclaimer System is the core equipment of concrete recycling system.

It is mainly used to separate the sewage in washing tanker and gravel remaining in concrete.

The equipment combines drum-type with spiral separation character.

It greatly improves former damageable parts.

Simple Operation & Intelligent Control

The washing system can be divided into one truck and double trucks system. It can increase or decrease according to customer`s requirements. The system allows increasing to five trucks at the same time utmost.

When the mixer car back to the set parking, the system will inject water and flush automatically. After roller washing, pour the waste water into the feeding hopper directly. Then clean and separate in the separator, and the separated materials were sent to the outlet respectively. Overflow water flows into sedimentation tank from the drainage ditch, then withdraw back by pump after three stages precipitation, and then recycle. The whole cleaning process of the mixing truck is about five minutes.
