It is understood that as long as it is assessed by an intermediary institution certified by the City Commission of Economics and Information Technology and the People's Bank of Chengdu Chengdu Administration and Administration Bureau, the credit rating is A- or above small and medium-sized industrial enterprises, and it is satisfied that the company is incorporated into the city's SME growth project training enterprise or regulatory industry. Any one of the four conditions for an enterprise or an industrial enterprise with a tax payment of over 5 million yuan or an industrial enterprise with a total value of financial equipment and production equipment worth more than 20 million yuan can enjoy the highest rate of 15% of the benchmark interest rate of the People's Bank of China for the same period. 1 million yuan for equipment rental expenses.

In accordance with the above conditions, SMEs in the city need to prepare the “Application Form for Financial Leasing Equipment Subsidy Fund for Industrial Enterprises in Chengdu”, the organization code certificate, business license, a copy of the legal representative ID card, a copy of the credit rating report, and the lease contract. A copy of the performance certificate, a copy of the company's financial audit report in the previous year and a copy of the tax payment certificate (more than one copy of the above materials, including the official seal, inspection of the original), will be submitted to the Municipal Economic and Credit Commission in July each year to obtain subsidies.
