Grayslake breaks ground for Station 3

Grayslake Fire Commissioner Greg Koeppen recently shared some exciting news with us—construction has officially begun on Station #3, located at 22405 Peterson Road. As part of the update, he provided a few photos taken in October 2011, giving us a glimpse of the progress being made. The first image shows the early stages of construction, with workers already on site preparing for the next phase. The second photo offers a different angle, highlighting the layout and structure that's taking shape. Finally, the third image focuses on the foundation, which is a crucial step in building a safe and durable fire station. These photos not only show the physical progress but also reflect the community's commitment to improving emergency services in the area. With this new station, residents of Grayslake will have better access to firefighting resources and faster response times. It's a positive development for the entire neighborhood. As the project moves forward, we'll be sure to keep you updated on any major milestones or changes. Stay tuned for more details as the new fire station takes shape.
