(1) During the three months of operation of the new machine, attention should be paid to the operating conditions. During the operation period of the new machine, check the operating conditions, such as the maintenance of the mechanical parts, whether the screws are loose, whether the oil temperature is abnormally raised, and whether the hydraulic oil is abnormal. Deteriorated soon, check whether the conditions of use are in compliance with regulations, etc.

(2)Do not apply the load immediately after the hydraulic pump is started. The hydraulic pump must be operated for a period of time without any load idling (about 10 minutes to 30 minutes) after starting. Especially when the temperature is very low, it must be warmed up to make the hydraulic circuit circulate. Normally add the load and confirm the operating condition.

(3) Observe the changes in oil temperature. Pay attention to checking the changes of the maximum and minimum oil temperature, and find out the relationship between the oil temperature and the ambient temperature. In this way, we can know whether the capacity of the cooler and the storage tank capacity are compatible with the surrounding conditions and the conditions of use. System troubleshooting can also be traced.

(4) Attention to the noise of the hydraulic pump The initial wear of the new hydraulic pump is less, and it is easily affected by air bubbles and dust. Poor lubrication at high temperatures or over-loading of service conditions can cause adverse consequences and cause the hydraulic pump to malfunction.

(5) Pay attention to the display value of the checker gauge Observe the displayed values ​​of the pressure gauge of the hydraulic circuit, the vibration status and stability of the pressure switch light bulb at any time to find out whether the hydraulic circuit function is normal as soon as possible.

(6) Observe the action of the machine (for modified pumps)

Improper design of the hydraulic circuit or poor manufacturing of the components is not easy to find during the initial use. Therefore, special attention must be paid to the operating conditions that are exhibited under various conditions of use.

(7) Pay attention to the adjustment in each valve. Fully understand the use of pressure control valve, flow control valve and directional control valve. Pay special attention to the adjustment range and limit. Otherwise, the adjustment error will not only damage the machinery, but also pose a threat to safety.

(8) Check the condition of the filter. The filter in the circuit should be periodically taken out and cleaned. The status of the filter and the dirt adsorbed on the screen should be checked to analyze the quality, quantity and size. This can be used to observe the degree of contamination in the circuit. This infers where the source of pollution is.

(9) Regularly check the change of hydraulic oil Every one or two months check and analyze the changes of the deterioration, discoloration and pollution degree of the hydraulic oil to ensure the normal hydraulic transmission medium.

(10) Pay attention to the leakage of the piping part. The piping of the hydraulic device is good or bad. After a period of operation, it can be seen whether the inspection leaked oil and whether the piping was loosened.

(11) Observe abnormal phenomena at any time. Abnormal sounds, vibrations, or abnormal signals of the surveillance system must have their causes. When an abnormal phenomenon is found, immediately find a circuit diagram and follow it carefully to observe whether the abnormal phenomenon is due to a momentary error. . The assessment requires no parking. The pressure, load, temperature, time, startup, and stop all contain the cause of the abnormal phenomenon. Usually should be one by one analysis and discussion.
