Installation requirements for intelligent precession vortex flowmeters :
1) During the installation of the intelligent precession vortex flowmeter, it is forbidden to perform direct welding at its inlet and outlet flanges so as not to burn the internal parts of the flowmeter.
2) The newly installed or overhauled pipeline must be cleaned, and the intelligently selected vortex flowmeter installed after removing the debris from the pipeline.
3 "Intelligent precession vortex flowmeter should be installed in sites that are easy to maintain, without strong electromagnetic interference, without strong mechanical vibration and thermal radiation effects;
4 " Intelligent precession vortex flowmeter should not be used in occasions where flow is frequently interrupted and there is a strong pulsation flow or pressure pulsation;
5) When the intelligent precession vortex flowmeter is installed outdoors, the upper part shall be covered to prevent the rain water from immersing and the sun exposure from affecting the service life of the flowmeter;
6 "Intelligent precession vortex flowmeter can be installed at any angle, and the flow direction of the fluid should be consistent with the flow direction marked on the flowmeter;
In the pipeline construction, telescopic or bellows should be installed to avoid serious tension or fracture of the intelligent precession vortex flowmeter;
8 "Intelligent precession vortex flowmeter should be installed coaxially with the pipeline, and prevent the sealing plate and butter from entering the inner cavity of the pipeline;
When using the external power supply, the intelligent precession vortex flowmeter must be grounded reliably, and must not share the ground wire with the strong electric system. When the pipeline is installed or overhauled, the ground wire of the welding system must not be overlapped with the intelligent precession vortex flowmeter. .

10) In order not to affect the normal delivery of fluid and facilitate maintenance, it is required to install the bypass pipe as shown in Fig. 4 and ensure the straight pipe section with the previous ≥ 3DN and the rear ≥ 1DN;
