Ningde Times It is reported that the chairman of Ningde Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. said that the company is about to complete the site of the first overseas factory - one of the three countries in the EU. According to an informed source who asked for anonymity because of undisclosed information, the company's research objects include Germany, Hungary and Poland.
Zeng said that the Ningde era has seen great opportunities in Europe; in the past two years, Korean companies that did not compete with them have not made much progress in terms of technology, and the company has rapidly overtaken.
Prior to its expansion into Europe, the company had planned to build a factory in its base camp, Ningde, Fujian, which would increase its production capacity by a factor of four and become the world's largest producer of electric vehicle batteries. The $2 billion initial public offering (IPO) to be carried out will help to provide construction funds for its local factories. Zeng Xiaoqun said on March 5 that its European factory will be supplied to the major local car manufacturers.
According to reports, manufacturers such as the Ningde era are the product of China’s vigorous efforts in controlling air pollution and reducing oil imports. Most of the batteries in the Ningde era are currently sold to some of China's largest electric car manufacturers. Zeng said that the company is looking for a place to build a factory in Europe with the lowest cost. The demand for electric vehicles in the European continent will determine the capacity of this factory.
According to reports, Liang Cheng, director of the Ningde Times Institute, said in Tokyo in early March that the company will open a sales office in Japan in May.
