Zhongjiao Xizhe HZS120 cement concrete mixing station passed the project evaluation

The HZS120 Cement Concrete Mixing Plant is a major research and development project launched by Zhongjiao Xizhu in 2008. It was also approved this year by China Communications Construction Group. The project successfully passed its evaluation on January 24th, marking a significant milestone in its development. The R&D work for the project is led by the Technical Division of the Stirring Department, with the goal of completing both research and trial production by the end of March 2008. With the rapid expansion of China's high-speed rail network and dedicated passenger lines, the country is expected to invest approximately 2 to 2.5 trillion yuan in railway construction over the next 15 years. This investment will primarily focus on building high-speed passenger lines, intercity rail systems, and related infrastructure. By 2010, the total operational railway mileage is projected to reach 85,000 kilometers, including 5,000 kilometers of dedicated passenger lines, 35,000 kilometers of double-track lines, and 35,000 kilometers of electrified tracks. Such large-scale projects will significantly increase the demand for concrete used in piers, bridges, and culverts, creating substantial market opportunities for cement concrete mixing plants. The newly developed HZS120 Mixing Plant is a high-efficiency, periodic system designed for use at large construction sites such as roads, bridges, airports, ports, and dams. It works by accurately measuring aggregates, cement, mineral powder, water, and additives before feeding them into the mixer for thorough blending. This ensures that the concrete meets the required performance standards under various conditions. Its key components include aggregate storage, measurement systems, water supply, additive dosing, mixing units, electrical controls, and dust removal systems. As a new product from the company, the HZS120 offers high productivity, excellent stability, and broad applicability. Its launch is expected to become a key driver of future revenue growth.
