Compared with the LTUH90, this paving machine has several advantages:
First, the telescopic width is greater: the unilateral hydraulic expansion range is expanded from 1.25 meters to 1.50 meters, making the total expansion range from 3-5.5 meters to 3-6 meters, better adaptability.
Second, the whole machine is more rigid: on the basis of increasing the telescopic width to 6 meters, the rigidity of the telescopic seat and the telescopic frame is strengthened, the rigidity of the work of the screed is improved as a whole, and the paving layer can be better guaranteed. Flatness and density quality.
Third, the rammer mechanism is more optimized: Each rammer plate is driven by a separate drive. The axis drive makes the driving force acting on the rammer plate less partial load, and the force is more even and stable. The original belt transmission mechanism was eliminated and the hydraulic motor was directly driven. The structure was more compact and maintenance was easier.
Fourth, the vibration effect is better: As each screed box is equipped with an independent vibrator and rammer body, the vibration force is more even, can better guarantee the ironing effect.
Fifth, the screed expansion box height adjustment is more labor-saving and intuitive.
Sixth, the connection is quicker: As the number of bolts of the screed is reduced, and the relative positions of the two screed plates can be accurately positioned when the screed is lengthened, the labor intensity of on-site assembly is greatly reduced, and the effect of rapid assembly is achieved.
7. More uniform and rapid heating: The combustion system has been increased from 6 combustion tanks to 8; each screed box is equipped with a combustion box, heating more evenly and quickly.
