Philips released Hue wireless dimming bulb + remote control set

The Philips Hue smart light bulb family has recently welcomed a new member of the remote control, the $40 Hue Wireless Dimming light bulb + remote control kit. The biggest benefit of this product is that it is cheap enough and can be used directly, without the need to build a bridge like a regular Hue smart light bulb. The new bulb has a brightness of 800 lumens at 2700K of soft white light and has a lifetime of approximately 25,000 hours. Compared to energy-saving lamps, the Hue Wireless Dimming Kit features the ability to operate at maximum brightness from the start (conventional energy-saving lamps require a certain warm-up time to achieve maximum brightness).
